Welcome to InventarQR (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", the "Website", or the "Service"). The use of this website and the purchase of the offered products/services imply the full and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully before placing any order.
1. General Information About the Seller and the Platform

Field of activity: Providing digital WMS and inventory solutions through unique QR codes and cloud infrastructure.

2. Definitions and Terms
- User / Client: Any person who accesses the Website, logs in, and/or places an order.
- Free Test Package: A digital product offered for testing the platform's features.
- WMS & DIY Packages: Digital products consisting of generating a set of unique QR locations, database infrastructure allocation, and access to the SaaS dashboard, delivered instantly.
3. Nature of Products and Services
Instant Access: Digital packages are delivered automatically and instantly immediately after secure payment confirmation. Delivery is made by unlocking limits in the Dashboard.
Validity: The QR codes and access to the generated platform are valid for life, with no recurring monthly subscriptions (one-time payment for current features).
4. STRICT NO-Refund Policy and Exceptions
Exception to the right of withdrawal (GEO 34/2014):
Because the InventarQR WMS represents instantly supplied digital infrastructure and specially generated unique QR codes, the client loses the legal right of withdrawal from the moment they are generated and accessed in the Dashboard. The Service is offered "AS IS".
We DO NOT offer returns, refunds, or compensation if the platform does not fit specific needs not clarified before purchase, or if the client's staff encounters difficulties due to lack of training. A free Sandbox environment is available for testing before purchasing.
5. Limitation of Liability and Commercial Exemption (WMS Clause)
The InventarQR WMS (Warehouse Management System) and e-commerce integration API are provided „as-is” on a self-service basis.
InventarQR assumes NO legal or financial liability for:
- Human scanning errors or wrong quantities entered by the client's employees.
- Data loss, physical vs. digital inventory discrepancies, or commercial/profit losses.
- Delays or sync errors caused by third-party platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, failed webhooks, network issues).
It is the client's sole responsibility to perform periodic physical stock reconciliations. In the event of API abuse (Spam/DDoS), we reserve the right to immediately block access without notice.
6. Right to Select Clients and Cancel Orders
We reserve the absolute and discretionary right to select our clientele, refuse services, suspend accounts, or cancel orders if we believe the user violates the platform's purpose, exhibits abusive behavior, uses inappropriate language with the support team, or for any other business reason that endangers our infrastructure or image.
If we cancel an order on our own initiative, we will fully refund the amount paid by the client.
7. Intellectual Property and Security
All content of the site and the source code are the exclusive property of InventarQR. QR codes act as a "physical access key". The client is directly responsible for protecting the physical labels against scanning by unauthorized persons.
